Return & Replacement Policy

At QARAVAAN, every fragrance is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

48-Hour Return & Replacement Window

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Leaking
  • Broken
  • Incorrect item delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened (without any cuts or edits).
  • Clear photos showing the damage, leakage, or incorrect item.
  • Your order number.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be approved.

Replacement Eligibility

Once our team verifies your claim, we will arrange a free replacement for eligible orders.

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • The product is received damaged, broken, leaking, or incorrect.
  • The request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The required proof is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken seals (unless received damaged)
  • Orders requested due to change of mind or personal fragrance preference
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided or in cases approved by QARAVAAN after inspection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
