Standard Shipping (Within India)

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

In rare cases, deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Public holidays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier network delays
  • Remote or difficult-to-service locations

QARAVAAN PERFUMES shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping across India unless otherwise specified during promotional campaigns.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (IST) are generally processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM (IST) may be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

You can track your shipment using the tracking link shared via Email or SMS.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Delivery address cannot be changed.
  • Contact number cannot be changed.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or failure to accept the shipment after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Any applicable re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Reject the delivery, or
  • Accept it only after providing a Negative Proof of Delivery (Negative POD) and recording a complete unboxing video.
