Delivery & Returns Policy

1. OTP Verification and Inspection Upon Delivery

a. OTP Verification

Upon delivery, the courier partner will request the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

b. Product Inspection Before OTP

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully before sharing the OTP. Please record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.

Ensure that:

  • The package is not damaged or tampered with.
  • The product is in good condition.

c. Verify Quantity

Please verify that you have received the correct number of products as per your order.

d. If the Package is Damaged or Tampered

If the package appears damaged, opened or compromised, the customer must either:

  • Reject the delivery, or
  • Accept the delivery only after providing a Negative Proof of Delivery (Negative POD) with clear remarks to the courier and taking photographs as evidence.

2. Accepted Deliveries with Partial, Damaged or Tampered Orders

If you accept delivery of an order that is damaged, tampered or incomplete, you must provide:

  • A clear image of the Negative POD.
  • A complete 360° unboxing video showing:
    • Shipping label
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner packaging
    • Product condition

3. Rejected Delivery or Negative POD

If the delivery is rejected or a valid Negative POD is submitted:

After verification, QARAVAAN PERFUMES may, at its sole discretion:

  • Reship the missing product(s)
  • Replace the product
  • Provide Store Credit
  • Issue a Refund

The decision will depend on:

  • Product availability
  • Shipping records
  • Investigation findings
  • Evidence submitted by the customer

4. Accepted Deliveries Without Required Proof

If a customer accepts delivery without:

  • Negative POD
  • Complete Unboxing Video

then QARAVAAN PERFUMES shall not be responsible for any claim relating to:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged products
  • Tampered packages

No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.


5. Complaint Submission

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Signature Upon Delivery

All deliveries require a signature.

If another person (family member, neighbour, security guard, colleague, etc.) accepts the order on your behalf, QARAVAAN PERFUMES shall not be responsible for any dispute unless supported by a valid unboxing video.


7. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product weight
  • Packaging
  • Promotional offers

Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.


8. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Used perfume bottles
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional products

Only products received in a damaged, defective, incorrect or tampered condition are eligible for replacement or refund, subject to verification.


9. Refund Processing

Refunds will only be processed after:

  • The product has been returned to our warehouse (where applicable)
  • Inspection has been completed
  • The claim has been approved

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after resolution.


10. Delivery Disputes

Where delivery-related disputes arise, QARAVAAN PERFUMES reserves the right to investigate the matter with the courier partner before approving any claim.

The final decision will be based on:

  • Shipping records
  • Courier investigation
  • Customer evidence
  • Internal quality checks

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
